I had an amazing experience with the owner/manager of this hotel. He went way above and beyond for me during a bad situation in which all my stuff was left at his hotel. He packed up all of my stuff and sent it to my home for me and asked for nothing in return. It's rare to get customer service such as that these days. I would recommend this hotel 11 out of 10 times. It's very affordable and surrounded by places to eat.
It may not look the best, but it's recently remodeled. Anytime i stay here it's a week or longer and The Owner is so kind, amazing, helped work w me on pricing, let me shower after checkout time. Housekeeping was so kind. Looks can be deceiving, if you want real service, don't judge this book by it's cover.
This hotel has always been good to me and took care of whatever I needed. Also the new owner was very good to me and is great with customer service... Most of my room was just updated with new floors and all new bathroom and I would go there again anytime I need a room... Very clean room and very nice for the price in Pineville...
It's a nice quiet place to relax. Besides minor fixes the hotel is a five star in my books. The manager and workers are very friendly and helpful
Stayed here for a night. Room was clean, the staff were friendly. The cost was very affordable too. They had good CCTV camera coverage of the parking lot making it safe too. Would recommend this place as a highly affordable clean and safe place to stay a night or few.
I came into town and and I must say, it's not the fanciest but the guy on duty is very accommodating, and gave service with a smile, it was comfortable and far better than the rooms in Alexandria, Louisiana, The area is quiet and I felt safe with the location. Me and my family was greeted and received genuine service. I will book at this location, in the near future.
I absolutely loved my stay here this past week! You couldn’t ask for a better staff and on-site manager! Anytime I needed anything they made it happen even if it’s ice at 2am! It’s quiet, no traffic or random people in the parking lot! I definitely recommend this place!!
